BYU Football: Did you know? (Bowl Opponents With 8 Wins)

The Brigham Young Cougars are eight days away from playing an 8-4 Tulsa Golden Hurricane team. This is the seventh consecutive season BYU has gone to a bowl game under head coach Bronco Mendenhall.

Did you know this is only the second time under Bronco Mendenhall that BYU’s bowl opponent has had 8 regular season wins?
Oregon State (8-4) in the 2009 Las Vegas Bowl is the other bowl opponent. BYU won that game 44-20.
