It wasn't as exciting as last week, but former BYU Cougars in the NFL represented well.

Here is the run down for all former BYU players in the NFL for week three.

Ezekiel Ansah, Detroit Lions (2-1, L Atlanta Falcons 30-26)
Ansah started for Detroit, but did not register any stats. He was questionable for the game because of a knee injury.

John Denney, Miami Dolphins (1-1 L New York Jets 20-6)
Denney was busy, but not the kind of busy that a long snapper likes. He snapped for eight punts, one of which he downed. He also snapped for one extra point.

Daniel Sorensen, Kansas City Chiefs (3-0 W Los Angeles Charger 24-10)
Sorensen came up big for the Chiefs again this week. He tied a career high with eight tackles. He intercepted a pass and returned it 22 yards, but after replay review it was reversed and ruled incomplete.

Kyle Van Noy, New England Patriots (2-1 W Houston Texans 36-33)
Van Noy was a tackling machine coming up with 11. For the most part, they were good tackles as he did his part to contain Deshaun Watson. There were a few tackles that came way down field, but when it mattered most, Van Noy made back-to-back stops on first and second down. The Patriots held on third down to get the ball back into Tom Brady's hands for the winning drive.

Harvey Langi, New England Patriots (2-1 Houston Texans 36-33)
Langi did not play against the Texans. He was fined earlier in the week for a facemask penalty against the New Orleans Saints.

Bronson Kaufusi, Baltimore Ravens (2-1 L Jacksonville Jaguars 44-7)
Kaufusi did not play.

Jamaal Williams, Green Bay Packers (2-1 W Cincinnati Bengals 27-24 OT)
Williams had 1 carry for 6 yards.

Alani Fua, Arizona Cardinals (1-1, vs. Dallas Cowboys Monday night)
Fua did not play and will not play until he is off of injured reserve for an injury he suffered three games into last season.

Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints (1-2 W Carolina Panthers 34-13)
Hill did not play.

Kai Nacua, Cleveland Browns (0-3, L Indianapolis Colts 31-28)
Nacua played for Cleveland, but did not record any stats.

Michael Davis, Los Angeles Chargers (0-3 L Kansas City Chiefs 24-10)
Davis played for the Chargers, but did not record any stats.

Jordan Leslie, Cleveland Browns (0-3 L Indianapolis Colts 31-28)
Leslie has bounced around the NFL since 2015. He finally got a chance to be on an active roster. Just one pass was thrown his way, and he made sure people would remember him. It was a fantastic 26 yard grab.
