The NFL season officially kicked off this week. If you were like me growing up, then you were more interested in how BYU football players were doing in the pros than how one specific team fared. For 2017, these are the former Cougars listed on NFL rosters.

2. John Denney, Miami Dolphins, 13th year
3. Daniel Sorensen, Kansas City Chiefs, 4th year
4. Kyle Van Noy, New England Patriots, 4th year
5. Harvey Langi, New England Patriots, Rookie
6. Bronson Kaufusi, Baltimore Ravens, 2nd year
7. Jamaal Williams, Green Bay Packers, Rookie
8. Alani Fua, Arizona Cardinals, 3rd year (injured reserve)
9. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints, Rookie
10. Kai Nacua, Cleveland Browns, Rookie

Also of note, De'Ondre Wesley, third year, is on the Buffalo Bills practice squad. Michael Davis, rookie, is on the Los Angeles Chargers practice squad.

Former Cougar Andy Reid enters his fifth season as head coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. It is his 19th season as an NFL head coach.
