All three Cougars have big plays, but only Van Noy advances to Super Bowl

Kyle Van Noy and Tom Brady celebrate winning the AFC Championship.

For the third straight season Kyle Van Noy will represent BYU in the Super Bowl. Sadley, he will be the only one. He had, possibly, his best game in NFL. So did Daniel Sorensen.

Kyle Van Noy, New England Patriots (11-5) W Kansas City Chiefs 37-31 OT
Divisional Round: 4 TKL, 1 PBU
Conference Championship: 10 TKL, 2 sacks, 2 TFL, 1 FF
Playoff Totals: 14 TKL, 2 sacks, 2 TFL, 1 PBU, 1 FF

Van Noy led the Patriots with 10 tackles. No other New England player had more than three. Both sacks were significant. The first one was a 14-yard loss on third down to force the Chiefs to punt on their first possession of the game.

On the Chiefs' second possession, Van Noy made a stop for no gain on 3rd and 1 to force another punt. The second sack came on the final play of the first half.
